Deluxe Car Rental

1. Required Documents for Car Rental:

To rent a vehicle, customers must provide the following at the time of pickup:

• Valid Driver’s License – Must be original, unexpired, and in English (or accompanied by an official translation).
• Government-Issued ID or Passport – A secondary identification document for verification.
• Proof of Insurance (if applicable) – If using personal insurance, proof may be required.
• International Driving Permit (IDP) – Required if the driver’s license is not in the Roman alphabet (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, etc.).

2. Security Deposit:

A refundable deposit of ₹3,000 is required for safety. This deposit will be returned after a successful car inspection upon return.

3. Rental Duration & Late Return Policy:

The car is rented for a 24-hour period, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM the following day. If the car is returned after 9:00 AM, an extra day’s rental charge will be applied.

4. Fuel Policy:

• The customer must return the car with the same fuel level as received.
• If the fuel level is lower upon return, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel at the prevailing market rate.

5. Damage & Liability Policy:

• The customer is responsible for any damage, scratches, or dents caused during the rental period.
• If any damage occurs, the repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
• In case of major damage, the customer will be charged 50% of the insurance claim amount.
• The renter must immediately inform the company in case of an accident and provide all necessary details.
